tree of tales
The project aimed to transform the stage into an interactive public space, serving as a playground, an informative exhibition, and a gathering spot. The design blurred the lines between performers and the audience, integrating sound and visual effects for an engaging experience. To enhance recyclability, the stage was constructed using 500 modular cubes made of lightweight, high-strength fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that interlocked without additional support. This innovative structure was assembled in just two days and could be repurposed for different functions, showcasing FRP's load-bearing capabilities in Malaysia.
